Renee Roman is a practicing attorney, licensed by the WSBA in 1988, as well as an experienced Washington state real estate broker. Prior to becoming the owner of Marine View Law & Escrow PLLC, she practiced real estate and was also a member of a general practice law firm, practicing in the fields of family law, real estate, estate planning and probate. She successfully participated in the sale of numerous residential and commercial properties, both as a real estate salesperson and broker. She concentrates her practice on real estate law, escrow services as well as estate planning and probate. Whether you are an experienced property owner, investor, successful builder, or new to the process of purchasing or selling property, you can benefit from her experience. Renee is a member of the National Association of Realtors™, Seattle King County Association of Realtors™, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service™, Commercial Brokers Association™, and the Master Builders Association™. She is also a real estate instructor approved by the Washington State Department of Licensing, Real Estate Education Division.
Darcel Lobo is a practicing attorney, licensed by the WSBA. Darcel graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Darcel focused on real estate courses, taking Property Law, Basic Real Estate, Advanced Real Estate, Real Estate Drafting Lab, and Land Use Regulation. Additionally, while in law school Darcel worked the Washington State Attorney Generals’ Office, as well as a Rule 9 prosecutor for Pierce County. Darcel’s practice areas include Real Estate, Condominium and HOA Issues, and Consumer Bankruptcy.Darcel is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Loren Miller Bar Association, Master Builders Association, and Young Lawyers Division of the WSBA.
